Sarai Booking – Terms & Conditions
  1. Booking Confirmation: Submission of the booking request does not guarantee accommodation. All requests are subject to room availability and approval by Gurudwara Sahib management.
  2. Sewa Bheta: The prescribed Sewa Bheta is ₹900 per room. The total contribution will be calculated according to the number of rooms requested.
  3. Payment Verification: Sangat must provide a valid UPI Transaction Reference / UTR number. Booking requests without valid payment details may not be processed.
  4. No Refund Policy: Any Sewa Bheta paid towards Sarai booking is non-refundable. No refund will be provided after payment, cancellation, non-arrival or any other reason.
  5. Sewa Bheta Adjustment: The Sewa Bheta received for Sarai accommodation shall be adjusted as a contribution towards the larger Sewa Daan Peti for the benefit of the Sangat and the religious and charitable activities of Gurudwara Sahib.
  6. Booking Changes: Any request for modification of booking dates, rooms or other details will be subject to approval and availability.
  7. Discipline & Conduct: All visitors are expected to maintain the sanctity, cleanliness, discipline and religious decorum of Gurudwara Sahib premises.
  8. Accurate Information: Applicants are responsible for providing correct personal, contact and payment information.
  9. Management Rights: Gurudwara Sahib management reserves the right to review, approve or decline booking requests in accordance with availability and applicable management policies.
